Colfax Community Network improves and strengthens the family and community life of the individuals, families, and children living in the transient house, primarily along Colfax Avenue. Providing needed information, resources, and services, we work alongside adults, children, and parents to help them see their value. We offer many tangible resources to lighten emotional and financial burdens and encourage stability.
Connecting families to resources for housing, parenting classes, education, or career development, we devote even more energy to investing in the community’s youth, giving them the opportunity to learn and lead. Surrounded by staff and volunteers who believe in their power, they see they can succeed in the future and begin transforming their lives and communities today.
