Family Preservation Center

Update regarding the recent fire in the early morning hours of Friday, April 5, at our Family Preservation Center in Aurora.

The Center was damaged by a fire that originated at the adjacent house. Thankfully, all employees, patients, and our neighbors are safe and unharmed. We are incredibly grateful, as the safety and well-being of our community are our top priorities.

Due to the damage caused by the fire, services are suspended for the next week. This temporary closure allows us to thoroughly assess the damage and take the necessary steps to restore our center to full functionality. Services will take place via Zoom and at our other locations; our team will reach out to you individually to determine how your care will be provided.

During this challenging time, we ask for your understanding and patience. Our dedicated team is working diligently to address the situation and ensure services are resumed as soon as possible. We will provide information on the reopening.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Aurora firefighters, first responders, and all those who assisted in controlling the fire. Their swift action and bravery helped to minimize the damage to our North Aurora location and ensured the safety of everyone involved.

Also, we want to extend our appreciation to you, our valued supporters and community members. Your continued understanding, encouragement, and support mean the world to us. We will overcome this setback together and emerge even stronger.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you again for your unwavering support.

With gratitude,
Bob
